The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Professor Kamel Beddari, announced 2023 as “The Year of Artificial Intelligence”, on January 10th at The National School of Artificial Intelligence (ENSIA).
The Minister of Knowledge Economy, Startups and Microenterprises Dr. Yacine El Mahdi Oualid as well as some researchers in the field, namely Dr. Mourad Bouache and Dr. Mohamed Senouci, were present at the ceremony. They gave talks about the future and the challenges of artificial intelligence in Algeria.
On the same occasion, the two ministers awarded the Startup “Farm AI”, winner of the Huwaei ICT Competition.
