On the evening of Wednesday, February 12, 2025, an exceptional meeting of the Board of Directors was held, presided over by Mr. Jamal Eddine Akratch, Director of Houari Boumediene University of Science and Technology, in his capacity as Chairman of the Board and representative of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, with the presence of the board members.
The meeting focused on the establishment of a subsidiary business entity named “University Business Accelerator” for the benefit of the National Higher School of Artificial Intelligence. This initiative follows the provisions of Decision No. 005 issued on January 19, 2025, which defines the conditions for establishing such an entity within higher education and research institutions, as well as its roles and management mechanism.
After deliberations, the Board of Directors approved the creation of the “University Business Accelerator” affiliated with the National Higher School of Artificial Intelligence.
