The Directeur Adjoint Chargé de la Formation Doctorale et de la Recherche Scientifique, du Développement Technologique, de l’Innovation et de la Promotion de l’Entrepreneuriat (Deputy Director in charge of Doctoral Training and Scientific Research, Technological Development, Innovation, and the Promotion of Entrepreneurship) plays a critical role in fostering advanced research, innovation, and entrepreneurial spirit within our institution. This position is responsible for overseeing the highest levels of academic training, promoting cutting-edge research, and translating that research into tangible benefits for society.
Key Responsibilities
Doctoral Training Management
- Organizing and overseeing all aspects of doctoral training programs
- Ensuring that doctoral training adheres to all applicable regulations
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the doctoral programs
Research Leadership & Promotion
- Promoting and invigorating the research agenda of the school
- Monitoring the research activities conducted in labs and research units
- Leading efforts to valorize research outcomes
- Following the improvement of teacher-researchers
- Coordinating work of all scientific committees
Collaboration and Development
- Facilitating collaboration with other institutions
- Encouraging networking and exchanges with national and international organizations
Fostering Excellence in Research
- Supporting and recognizing scientific output
- Developing strategies to promote research excellence
- Organizing scientific events, seminars and workshops
- Keeping up-to-date with laboratory activities
Innovation & Entrepreneurship
- Promoting and supporting innovation and entrepreneurship
- Ensuring all innovative productions are protected
- Keeping abreast of new technology developments
